Sears Automotive Tire Warranty Complaints
A growing number of complaints are appearing lately from consumers about their Sears Automotive Tire Warranty and Road Hazard Coverage.
Specifically, customers are dissatisfied with the fact that Sears allegedly refuses to provide service under either the warranty that accompanies the tires it sells, or under its Road Hazard Coverage, unless customers prove they've had their tires rotated and wheels aligned at specific intervals. Neither the warranty, nor the Road Hazard Coverage Agreement describes this requirement in writing.
Maddox Hargett & Caruso has filed a lawsuit on behalf of customers who purchased tires and/or Road Hazard Coverage from Sears. You can view the complaint here. If you've experienced issues in this regard, we would like to hear about your experience.†
