We have filed a lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased Office Depot's Performance Protection Plan. The Performance Protection Plan is an extended service agreement which purports to provide coverage for computers and other office equipment and promised “day one” coverage. If you purchased a Performance Protection Plan from Office Depot anytime from September, 2004 through October, 2008, we would like to hear about your experience.†
