Office Depot Performance Protection Plan Lawsuit Settlement
Office Depot customers in California have sued alleging that they were not provided with the terms and conditions applicable to Office Depot's Performance Protection Plan (the “Plan” or “PPP”), in violation of California's Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. You are a Class Member if you purchased a Performance Protection Plan at an Office Depot store in California during the period October 13, 2004 through October 11, 2007. A hearing is scheduled for July 9, 2010, before Judge Ronald Whyte of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, at which time the Court will decide whether to approve the settlement.

YOU MUST SUBMIT A CLAIM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CASH FROM THE SETTLEMENT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE CLAIM FORM.
Which Claim Form you should use depends upon whether Office Depot or the company that administered the Plan on its behalf has a record of your either purchasing or registering the Plan. If you received notice in the mail, this is an indication that there is a record of your either purchasing or registering the Plan.
