Extended Service Plans or Warranties

We are investigating claims for consumers who purchased Extended Warranties, Extended Service Agreements, Protection Plans and other similarly named services for retail products. These agreements, offered with a variety of names, are sold by the retailer for consumer products.

We have found that many agreements do not live up to the retailer's promise. Often an agreement doesn't become effective immediately or has hidden restrictions. If you have purchased an Extended Service Plan and think the retailer is not fulfilling their agreement, contact us to further research the problem.
